Add a Potential 20 Years to Your Life Now

We’ve all done this: set goals and try to climb the mountain. Not that the world is upon your shoulders but in your life, you may have tried a workout regime. I have never written on the subject before, nor am I a writer but Microsoft office helps with their AI right? This I believe may add 20 years onto my life and I’ll tell you why.

When I have spoken to those few elderly ones who are, or are on the verge of, or even surpassed the fine number of 100 years, here’s the common thread I have found as I’ve spoken to an estimated number of close to 100 persons in their 90s who are not only living but in good health. When I say good health they are not dealing with the commonalities of struggling with diabetes, cardiovascular, little memory loss, cancer or recovered from it, or anything less common cause of death.

They say “you can only add a few years onto your life”, however compared to what alternative? If you don’t smoke, drink little, watch your fatty intake and much more, you may only add a few years. The average person, however, is not motivated to take on extra work to make their body and their extra years work for them. Without regular healthy intake combined with exercise it’s a known fact that you won’t be able to burn up the calories, carbs, fat, along with all the bad cholesterol.

Granted there are many people more versed in this topic than myself, however as I have been motivated through the habit of jogging, sit-ups, push-ups (front and back side), pull-ups, squats, jumping jacks, and more the consistency of building yourself up gets and keeps you motivated over a long period of time.

Longevity is key. It took me the length of time really since the pandemic of just trying to stick with it, stick it out, and get back on the train of exercise to where I am fully committed to the staying on track 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Plus, lots of walking or hiking on the weekends weather permitting.

I do all of this consistently now for about 4 months without missing a single week day. If a miss a day it feels much worse then ever before. Who wants to miss a day now after all that work!

This work and consistency has been validated by very low numbers in wellness screening including weight (body composition), blood pressure, blood sugar, resting heat rate, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels including low and high lipoprotein.

All of these combined with a good mix of supplements to your diet in various forms can add superhuman power to the average person who does not bother to watch what they eat and does not bother with disciplined exercises and supplements. Therefore that’s how i come up with the 20 year swing.

We all know how long our father and mother lived or may live so we can definitely live longer!
